Sent my Seiko dive watch in for adjustment. The watch had slowed down and needed to be serviced.

Received a call stating that the watch case was broken at the crown wanted over $200 to repair. I take really good care of my watches and would've noticed if the crown tub was broken. its funny how this is the second time i sent a watch to then and the same issue has happened. Got my watch back in peaces not working and in worse shape then it was before i paid $100 so they can destroy my watch.

It was working when i sent it out. I think the tech messes up but the company said that's the way i sent it to them.

thanks to them i will no longer buy Seiko's i own 3 off them and i going to sell them on ebay. Nothing like a company making you feel like a dirt bag for being a loyal customer.
