I paid for a $500 sake watch, and I cannot set the time on it. I do not know what buttons to push for the hour and minutes. I am very frustrated that I have spent so much money and cannot get this watch to work.

Finally got them to issue a 10 percent discount. After arguing with the clerk, when I asked for a supervisor, he approved on the spot.

I would not recommend Seiko watches. The quality has been awful.

Have a person available to speak with a Seiko customer since the 1970's about a watchband replacement for a vintage watch. Please call me at (757) 876-****.I was cut off by a recording saying you're overloaded with customer discussions.

I'm trying to find and purchase a replacement watch band for a 1970's self-winding watch, model# 450289.

Had this watch from new in the box worn may be 3 times like to keep them looking nice.on taking it out of the box the strap just fell apart into several bits.think this is not exeptable from a seiko watch.the strap has just degrade so much its just unbelievable when you touch it, it just brakes it's very fragile. As a seiko lover it would be good as a goodwill gesture.

To replace the strap for free.and if there's anything I can do to preserve the strap in the future would be taken onbord.

I bought a watch (Seiko Radio Sync Solar SSG010) used! from a dealer on eBay I am really happy with the watch but the bracelet is a little tight, can I buy extra link or two to extend to fit snug but not "tight".

Could you let me know the cost and where to apply?

Feel scammed. I used to send my watches to COSERV in Mahwah, NJ for battery and seal replacement for decades.

Recently sent 2 watches to the repair facility in Upper Saddle River NJ for the same service. Was told both needed movement repair - thought that was unusual but agreed to repair. Then sent a third watch and told the same thing for $200. I called and asked to just replace battery and was refused.

Sent back unrepaired. I replaced the battery myself and it works just fine.

Never sending one in again! Will look to other brands when making a new purchase.

I received call back from Customer Service who supplied me with proper contact for clock. He provided me with places and names who service my clock. Polite and precise!
