Seiko - After Sales Support is a total disappointment
I have purchased a Seiko branded wrist watch a year ago. I have chosen the brand because of good advertisement about it for years.
But I what I realise is the seller retailer and service of repair support is an unreal dream. It's wrist band design is a failure and I felt tired after 7th time its wristband pins were broken. It was become a habbit to check the wristband every minute if it is still there. The worst experience of my life about purchasing a trustful minded brand item.
I was expecting a global brand to be aware of possible or current issues of it manufactured product, and after sale support for it should generate satisfaction. But with attitude I faced here is nothing I have expected.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $70.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Seiko Cons: Lack of communication, Warranty service, Quality of product, Empty promises.
